Ornamental black iron fencing has been installed to protect maturing plant collections and provide for security. Period lighting, brick sidewalks, and new diagonal parking on the east side have been added for an improved streetscape. The Gardens are open from dawn to dusk, free to the public. During closed hours, gates are locked.
